Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking a organised SIPP Transfers Administrator to support the Transitions team in processing 7IM SIPP transfers, liaising with counterparties and maintaining timelines.

You will handle input into Pershing NEXUS, chase cases, and track progress using internal systems, ensuring SLAs are met and clients are updated with clear, accurate information. This role requires attention to detail and a collaborative approach within Operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SIPP, ISA and GIA wrappers.
• Pershing NEXUS experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of asset transfer processes including unit trusts, CREST, foreign and cash movements.
• Awareness of electronic reregistration and Origo/Altus is advantageous.
• 1-3 years SIPP transitions/Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Check and process transfer requests from 7IM relationship teams, liaising with third parties and inputting instructions into Pershing NEXUS.
• Communicate with counterparties, fund managers and custodians to manage timely client asset transfers to and from 7IM.
• Track and report assets in transfer using internal systems, providing progress updates to internal and external clients.
• Manage team mailbox, post and telephone queries.
• Process transfers via Origo and Altus re-registration systems.
• Monitor reports to confirm receipt of funds and assets.
• Chase and validate transfer information from third parties.
• Process payments to clients and third parties related to transfers.
• Ensure adherence to internal and client procedures and controls.
• Maintain fair treatment of clients and colleagues and collaborate with other 7IM departments.
