Punter Southall is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage the SIPP and SSAS administration team in Edinburgh. The role focuses on high-quality service, technical support to clients and advisers, and driving efficiencies through process improvements.

You will lead a team across levels, oversee annual appraisals and KPIs, and collaborate with the CEO to implement client-centric processes while ensuring compliance with FCA and HMRC requirements.

Competenze

• Extensive experience of administration within the SIPP and SSAS industry.
• Ideally prior line management/leadership experience.
• Experience in independent trustee environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients.

Mansioni

• Lead the SIPP/SSAS administration team and provide technical guidance.
• Line management of administrators across grades andexperience.
• Support the CEO in developing client-centric processes and procedures.
• Ensure accurate processing of new business and ongoing servicing with fair outcomes.
• Input client data into Platinum and manage lifecycle data.
• Handle tax codes and Lifetime Allowance considerations in benefits.
