Job summary

Sterling Williams LTD in London/Hybrid is seeking a SIPP Technical Specialist to provide technical support to the SIPP Service Team, reporting to the SIPP Service Team Manager. The role focuses on delivering high service standards by meeting regulatory expectations.

You will build strong relationships across departments, clients, and our outsourced administration partner, and you will oversee regulatory reporting, process improvements, and specialist knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SIPP administration at an advanced level.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Understanding MiFID II and AML guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular reporting to measure volumes and productivity.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and risk controls.
• Build relationships with clients and external advisers.
• Provide SIPP administration support during busy periods.
• Identify and implement changes to procedures for efficiency.
