Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Process Specialist for the Retail Pension Benefits team. The role focuses on SIPP benefits processing, compliance with HMRC pension rules and accurate handling of complex client instructions across UK and India operations.

You will manage daily workloads, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to process improvements. The position offers flexible working arrangements with a strong emphasis on client service and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven SIPP/DC/DB administration experience.
• Excellent knowledge of HMRC rules governing pension transfers and benefit payments.
• IOC1 qualification aligned with MiFID II K&C; FA2 qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage daily workloads and address queries or escalations.
• Maintain and update team procedures, process flows, and quick guides after changes.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with reporting requirements for owned processes.
