Job summary

You'll join a growing technical services business managing depot site maintenance as the Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Based at a single Daventry site, you’ll own electrical PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring safe, compliant operation and efficient performance.

Key responsibilities include fault diagnosis, coordinating remedial works, and overseeing contractors. The role offers 33 days leave, a £2k annual bonus, pension contributions, and on-site parking with flexible shift patterns.

Qualifications

• A recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition (desirable).
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance in facilities, depot, commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills, plus knowledge of other FM disciplines.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
• Experience using a CAFM system, or confidence picking one up.
• Willingness to join an on-call rota.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), with a focus on electrical systems and equipment.
• Responding to reactive maintenance across FM disciplines, diagnosing faults and getting things back up and running.
• Ensuring the site operates safely and in line with Health & Safety legislation and site requirements.
• Managing your work orders through the CAFM system.
• Coordinating remedial works and overseeing contractors on site.
• Supporting compliance audits and site inspections.
• Providing cover across other sites when needed.
• Taking part in the on-call rota.
