Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a single-site role at Greenford. You will perform electrical maintenance across depot facilities, ensuring safety and compliance, with a mix of planned and reactive tasks.

This role offers a £39,000 basic salary, 33 days annual leave, a £2,000 annual bonus, overtime, a 4% employer pension contribution, sick pay, and on-site parking. Shifts are 6:00–14:30 or 9:30–18:00, with on-call payments.

Qualifications

• A recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition (desirable).
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance in facilities, depot, commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills and knowledge of other FM disciplines.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
• Experience using a CAFM system or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to join an on-call rota.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), focusing on electrical systems and equipment.
• Responding to reactive maintenance across FM disciplines, diagnosing faults and restoring operation.
• Ensuring the site operates safely and in line with Health & Safety legislation and site requirements.
• Managing work orders through the CAFM system.
• Coordinating remedial works and overseeing contractors on site.
• Supporting compliance audits and site inspections.
• Providing cover across other sites when needed.
• Taking part in the on-call rota.

What will you be doing?

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), with a focus on electrical systems and equipment

• Making sure the site operates safely and in line with Health & Safety legislation and site requirements
• Managing your work orders through the CAFM system

Where you'll be doing it?

You'll be joining a growing technical services business that looks after the maintenance of depot sites. As the site's Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping it running safely, efficiently and compliantly. You'll be based at a single site, so you'll get to know it inside out and be part of a supportive team.
