Job summary

The Shrewsbury And Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Simulation Educator to support the Hospital Transformation Programme. You will design, deliver, and evaluate simulation activities across two acute sites to prepare for new environments, workflows and equipment.

Applying human factors, ASPiH standards and safe debriefing, you will analyse data, produce reports and offer evidence-based recommendations to help organisational readiness during a period of change.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with registration (NMC/HCPC/GMC)
• Knowledge of ASPiH standards and their application in simulation design
• Understanding of human factors, systems thinking, and safe debriefing practice

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate simulation-based education.
• Support organisational readiness during the Hospital Transformation Programme across two sites.
