Job summary

Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Simulation Educator to lead simulation-based education across two acute hospital sites, preparing for new clinical environments, workflows, equipment and models of care.

You will design, deliver and evaluate immersive, in-situ and process-testing simulations, align with ASPiH standards, apply human factors, and produce reports to support organisational readiness during the Hospital Transformation Programme.
