Job summary

Babcock is hiring a Signalling Supervisor in Belfast to lead safety-critical signalling works on live rail infrastructure. You will supervise teams, coordinate resources, and ensure work is delivered safely and to railway standards.

Role is full-time/permanent at Milewater Road Depot with a 140-hour roster over four weeks, including weekends and nights; overtime and roster premiums apply.

Qualifications

• Significant signalling and telecommunications experience within rail.
• Experience supervising teams in rail signalling environments.
• Experience with railway safety, quality and operational standards.
• Experience performing signalling testing, maintenance, installation or commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead signalling teams on site and coordinate delivery of works.
• Monitor quality, safety and productivity to meet standards.
• Support planning, resource allocation and site operations.
• Maintain site records and safe system of work documentation.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors and stakeholders.
