Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Principal Signal Integrity Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead signal integrity for high-speed digital systems. You will model and simulate interfaces, define stack-ups and impedance strategies, and collaborate with hardware, packaging, and silicon teams to optimise system performance.

Requirements include a degree in Electronics Engineering and strong experience with DDR/SerDes interfaces and industry-standard simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in signal integrity for high-speed systems.
• Experience with simulation tools such as HyperLynx, ADS, HFSS, Sigrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead signal integrity design and analysis for high-speed digital systems.
• Perform simulation and modelling of high-speed interfaces and interconnects.
• Define PCB stack-ups, routing constraints, and impedance control strategies.
• Support board-level design, validation, and debugging activities.
• Work with hardware, packaging, and silicon teams to optimise system performance.
