Job summary

Prospex Recruitment is representing a well-established Signage and Display Organisation for a Business Development Manager based in Aylesford, Kent. The role focuses on generating new business, scheduling client meetings, and presenting our client’s services, with a 12-month contract and potential for permanent placement.

The position requires print/ signage experience, strong sales skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in print industry (large format graphics, signage) or related sectors.
• Proven sales track record and overachieving targets.
• Excellent new business hunting ability with strong account management.
• Solid knowledge of large format print, graphics and signage.
• Organised and professional with a customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, networking, social media, etc.
• Book and attend appointments with prospective clients.
• Present services and solutions in a professional manner (video or in-person).
• Manage diary, pipeline, and forecast monthly figures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
