Job summary

BlueGate Consulting Ltd is working with a client in Greenock, Scotland to recruit a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer focused on process integration for next generation SiC technologies.

You will define electrical specifications, lead cross‑functional projects with engineering, manufacturing and support teams, drive tape-out activities, and improve yield and mass‑production readiness.

Excellent renumeration, discretionary bonus, relocation assistance and sponsorship are on offer.

Qualifications

• Hands-on semiconductor manufacturing and process integration experience.
• Ability to define specs and data analysis methods.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects.
• Knowledge of yield improvement and mass production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate new SiC technologies, device designs, and integrated process flows.
• Define electrical specifications, measurement approaches, and data analysis methods.
• Lead project execution and coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and support teams.
• Drive tape-out activity and transition new products into manufacturing.
• Improve yield, simplify process flows, and support robust mass‑production scheduling.
