Capgemini UK is hiring a SIAM Catalogue Analyst to own end-to-end Service Catalogue Management across a multi-supplier environment. You will ensure catalogue content is accurate, current, clearly defined, and accessible to stakeholders and end users.

You will collaborate with suppliers, monitor quality, produce reporting, and drive continual improvements to enhance service visibility and end-user experience while supporting governance and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Service Catalogue Management within complex multi-supplier IT environments.
  • Knowledge of SIAM principles and cross-supplier service management.
  • Strong ITSM practice including Service Catalogue Management, Request Fulfilment, Change, Configuration, and Asset Management.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Service Catalogue Management for a multi-supplier environment.
  • Maintain and govern the service catalogue to ensure accuracy, currency, clarity, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to keep catalogue information complete and compliant with governance.
  • Monitor catalogue quality, identify risks, and coordinate reviews and lifecycle updates.
  • Produce catalogue reporting and insights to support governance and decision-making.

About the job you’re consideringThe SIAM Catalogue Analyst will be accountable for the governance, maintenance, optimisation, and continual improvement of the service catalogue across a multi-supplier environment. The role is outcome-focused, ensuring catalogue services are accurate, standardised, accessible, and aligned to business requirements while driving service transparency, enhancing the end-user experience, and supporting efficient service delivery through effective supplier management and data-driven insights.Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.Your roleOwning the end-to-end Service Catalogue Management process across a multi-supplier service environment, ensuring catalogue content is accurate, current, and aligned to business requirements.Maintaining and governing the service catalogue, ensuring services are clearly defined, standardised, and accessible to stakeholders and end users.Work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure catalogue information remains complete, consistent, and compliant with governance requirements.Monitor catalogue quality, identify risks and data issues, and coordinate catalogue reviews and service lifecycle updates.Produce catalogue reporting and insights to support operational, governance, and strategic decision-making.Drive continual improvement initiatives that enhance service visibility, service transparency, and end-user experience.You can bring your whole self to work.
