Responsibilities

• To provide covert security and contribute to safety of premises and staff.
• To spot tells and suspicious behavior with high attention to detail.
• Travel between Leicester and Coventry shops, multi-site duties.
• Detain shoplifters safely and de-escalate volatile situations.
• Observe, report incidents using reporting systems, and follow company policies on loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean and tidy security base and wear full uniform with SIA licence displayed.
