Job summary

Corps Security in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced SIA Licensed Security Team Leader to protect premises, staff and clients, providing a 24/7 supervisory presence and supporting the Duty Shift Manager with daily site operations.

You will work a 42-hour week on a 4-on, 4-off pattern (days and nights), with early and late shifts, and you will lead security Officers, enforce standards, and maintain a courteous, professional service for our prestigious client.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Must hold a valid SIA Front-Line licence.
• A Full UK Manual Driving Licence - essential.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the security guarding sector.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Able to meet BS7858 vetting standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of security staff with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Drive shift standards through proactive supervision and coaching.
• Perform post-visit checks to confirm officers carry out duties.
• Act as first responder and brief Duty Shift Manager and client as required.
• Coordinate incident management and timely escalation.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and re-occupation plans.
• Support investigations and present clear findings using Excel.
