Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor in Speke, Merseyside to oversee the security function on a client site. You will manage a team, ensure compliance with duties and maintain professionalism and security presence.

The role runs 56 hours per week across 3 days, 3 nights, 3 days off, with 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00 shifts. The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA Front-Line License, have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and be adept at leading

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential.
• 2 years supervisor experience - essential.
• A valid SIA CCTV License - desirable.
• Confidence to establish and maintain good relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily security team operations and ensure tasks are completed per Instructions and Corps Security policies.
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems and respond to security breaches in a timely manner with escalation as required.
• Lead, manage and motivate direct reports including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development.
• Submit all required reports and performance documentation to relevant departments.
• Monitor site activities including contractor management and risk assessments.
• Regularly inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
• Investigate incidents and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations.
