Corps Security is seeking a vigilant SIA licensed Security Officer to cover holiday and sickness at multiple client sites in Watford, with the potential for a fixed shift pattern. You will join a team that values development and internal progression, and you may be contacted first for permanent vacancies.

You will work across varying hours, including early, late and evening shifts, as part of our commitment to reliable security coverage and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Front‑Line License.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site surveillance with regular patrols and log accordingly.
• Brief visitors and contractors, ensure sign-in/out processes.
• Record deliveries and complete site paperwork per procedures.
• Set and unset alarm systems for out-of-hours security when required.
• Follow site quality procedures and maintain accurate handover records.
• Keep training records up to date, including first aid and fire marshal.
• Display SIA licence at all times and perform ad hoc duties as directed.
