Role requires SIA Licence on front-line guarding or door supervision, possible CCTV PSS SIA licence, and commitment to ongoing training. You will comply with UK law, complete incidents reports, renew licences on time, and work on site with the client.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA license is essential.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsabilités

• Protect customers' property by following Assignment Instructions and updates.
• Meet/exceed KPIs and SLAs to help retain contracts.
• Complete required competency training and ongoing self-development.
• Ensure compliance with UK law and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain incident reports and document in the Notebook.
• Renew front-line licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Refer to Assignment Instructions for changes and suggest improvements.
