Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a Security Officer for on-site duties at Hestia Gina House, SW18 2AS. The role pays £14.80 per hour for 48 hours per week, with a 4 on 4 off pattern from 20:00 to 08:00, supporting residents, staff and visitors while maintaining a safe environment.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and an Enhanced DBS check, with strong communications and incident-reporting skills, able to work independently and stay calm in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Experience in housing or similar environments is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong report writing and incident management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and security of the premises throughout your shift.
• Preventing unauthorised access to the site and controlling entry and exit points.
• Providing assistance and support to residents in a professional and respectful manner.
• Completing site log books, incident reports, and daily security records accurately.
• Conducting regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas.
• Monitoring and responding to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Maintaining a visible security presence to deter anti-social behaviour and criminal activity.
• Reporting security concerns and incidents to management as required.
• Following all site procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.
