Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Northern Ireland is seeking a Security Officer to protect our client's property, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions. You will deliver services that support contract retention and meet KPIs.

The role requires an SIA licence (front-line), residency in NI, and a commitment to health and safety rules. You will complete required training, follow procedures, and report incidents accurately. Licences must be worn at all times and renewed 16 weeks before expiry.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience
• SIA licence (front-line) requirement
• Applicant must reside in NI

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets by delivering security services on site
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain incident notebooks and report incidents accurately
• Complete required competency training and renew licences on time
• Follow instructions, procedures and safety requirements on site
• Keep to schedules and liaise with the Security Account Manager and client
