Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a security professional to protect property, people and assets on client sites in Northern Ireland. You will operate per published Assignment Instructions, meet KPIs, and participate in ongoing training to maintain licence validity.

The role requires an SIA Licence, prior security experience, and residency in Northern Ireland. You will follow on-site policies, stay vigilant for safety hazards, and report incidents promptly while upholding professional

Qualifications

• Experience in security services is required.
• SIA Licence required.
• Applicants must reside in Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per AI's and updates.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs on site.
• Complete required competency training and ongoing development.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Report hazards and incidents and liaise with emergency services.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and follow procedures.
• Record incidents with detailed notebook entries and ensure accuracy.
