Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security professional to protect our client sites in the UK. You will deliver services that meet KPIs and SLAs, and perform on-site tasks strictly per Assignment Instructions (AIs).

The role requires a front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and a CCTV SIA Licence. You will stay compliant with UK law and policy, maintain incident records, and escalate as needed.

Qualifications

• Front-line SIA licence required (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
• CCTV SIA Licence required mandatory for the role.
• Experience in security services is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results that meet/exceed KPIs and SLAs for the client.
• Perform on-site duties per published Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Ensure compliance with policies and UK law as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Maintain accurate incident notebooks and report incidents as required.
• Call emergency services/ Communications Centre to report incidents and disruptions.
