Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to cover at multiple client premises across the UK. The role involves holiday and sickness cover with the possibility of fixed shift patterns as opportunities arise.

You’ll work various hours including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, with shifts typically 0700–1900, 1900–0700, or 0700–1700; 0800–1800. The company values development and internal progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall surveillance of the site and carry out regular site patrols.
• Ensure visitors and contractors sign in/out and are briefed.
• Record deliveries and process paperwork according to site procedures.
• Set and unset alarm systems for out-of-hours security provision when needed.
• Complete daily reports, handovers and incident logs.
• Keep training records up to date, including first aid and fire marshal.
