Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to cover holidays and sickness across client premises, with a view to fixed shift patterns when opportunities arise. You will be part of a team that values training and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front‑Line License - essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle or reliable transport.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and under pressure.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 and SC Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall surveillance of the site and carry out regular patrols.
• Brief visitors and contractors; manage sign in/out procedures.
• Record deliveries and process paperwork per site procedures.
• Set and unset alarm systems for out-of-hours security where applicable.
• Complete daily occurrence logs, handover, and incident records.
