Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer for holiday and sickness cover, with a view to fixed shifts when opportunities arise. You will work at multiple client premises, covering days and nights, with internal promotion potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential.
• A valid SIA CCTV License - desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle or reliable transport.
• Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall surveillance of the site with regular patrols and documentation.
• Brief and sign in/out visitors and contractors on site.
• Record deliveries and process paperwork per site procedures.
• Ensure patrols are carried out to required standards.
• Set/unset alarm systems for out of hours security if needed.
• Complete daily logs, handovers, and site reports.
• Keep training records up to date and follow safety guidelines.
