Job summary

Corps Security (UK) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer in Derbyshire to provide a secure environment for staff and visitors. The role covers access control, inductions, and planned & ad‑hoc site patrols, with duties directed by Assignment Instructions and on‑site management.

Qualifications

• SIA Front‑Line licence is essential.
• First aid and fire marshal training in line with guidelines.
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Able to meet BS7858 vetting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site surveillance and carry out regular patrols.
• Brief visitors and contractors, sign in/out, and manage deliveries paperwork.
• Set and unset alarms for out of hours security provision where applicable.
• Follow site procedures and contribute to incident documentation.
• Escalate issues to Site Management and Corps Duty Manager as required.
• Maintain training records, including mandatory first aid and fire marshal training.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and strong customer focus.
