Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly motivated SIA Licensed Reception Security Officer to secure a client site in Glasgow. You will manage access control, perform site inductions, and carry out routine patrols to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.

The role runs 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:30–21:00. Benefits include pension, sick pay, license renewals, and extra allowances, reflecting our Real Living Wage Foundation commitment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Valid SIA Front-Line License - essential.
• Receptionist experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site surveillance with regular patrols and logging.
• Brief and sign in all visitors/contractors on site.
• Process entry/exit paperwork and deliver timely site reports.
• Set/unset alarms for out-of-hours security when required.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety documents.
