Job summary

Corps Security in Leven, Fife, is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to maintain a secure on-site environment. This role involves access control, site inductions, planned and ad-hoc patrols, and coordination with Site Management and emergency services.

You will work 24 hours per week—Saturday and Sunday, 07:00–19:00—with a range of benefits and a supportive team environment. The position offers stability and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front‑Line License – essential
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain site surveillance with regular patrols and record them as required.
• Brief and sign in visitors and contractors on site.
• Record deliveries and process paperwork according to site procedures.
• Set/unset primary and secondary alarm systems for out-of-hours security.
• Complete daily occurrence logs and handovers; follow risk assessments.
