Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Mobile Response Officer to join our security team at CO10 5LX. In this role you will respond to alarm activations, perform site inspections, and act quickly to emergencies to protect client premises. The position requires a valid SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility to work variable shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays. You will communicate clearly with clients and colleagues and make rapid decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Licence (Essential).
• A full UK driving licence with a good driving record (Essential).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarm activations and conduct thorough site investigations.
• Perform regular mobile patrols and site checks as directed.
• Complete complex locking and unlocking procedures on our customers sites.
• Ensure all incidents and activities are accurately reported and documented.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter unauthorised activity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the control room.
• Conduct vacant property inspections to ensure our customers are insurance compliant.
