Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence essential.
• Experience in a similar job role.
• Aged 18 and above.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
• Team‑focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• General security of the site, ensuring safe operations at all times.
• Traffic marshalling and vehicle movement coordination.
• Door duties and access control.
• Monitoring event areas and reporting any concerns.
• Supporting crowd management and queue control.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Responding to incidents calmly and professionally.
• Working closely with the event management and security teams.
