Job summary

Opera Security LTD in Crewe is seeking reliable, SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team. You will help maintain a safe, respectful environment at local licensed premises, ensuring continuity and professional standards on every shift. You’ll be part of a regular crew with consistent coverage and clear duty rosters.

We value teamwork, a proactive attitude, and the ability to de-escalate incidents. Evening and weekend work is required, with opportunities to work at events such as festivals

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required.
• Experience in pubs, clubs or licensed premises required.
• Professional, courteous, and confident under pressure.
• Team player with proactive, consistent attitude.
• Willingness to be part of a regular crew/rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and visible presence at entry and exit points.
• Carry out ID checks and enforce entry policies.
• Monitor behaviour and respond calmly to incidents.
• De-escalate situations safely and appropriately.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports.
• Work closely with management and emergency services when needed.
• Support a team-based security approach.
