Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Team Leader - Yard/Shunter in Bilsthorpe. This permanent, day-shift role oversees a small yard team, coordinating vehicle movements to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

The position offers a 4 on 4 off days pattern with 15.58 p/h, holiday, pension and company benefits. You will coordinate trailer movements, supervise the team and maintain yard records, working closely with production, transport and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in shunting/yard/logistics operations or similar.
• Demonstrated leadership of a small team.
• A safety-first approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safe vehicle/trailer movements to support production and transport on site
• Supervise the shunting team, manage priorities, and maintain accurate yard paperwork/records and handovers
• 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (site-based role)
