Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Shunter - Team Leader in Bilsthorpe for a permanent, day-shift role. You will lead a small shunting team, coordinate vehicle movements, and ensure safe, efficient site operations on a 4-on, 4-off days schedule.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and experience in shunting/yard operations, with a focus on safety and clear communication to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence essential.
• Background in shunting/yard/logistics/transport operations (or similar) and confident supervising a small team.
• Safety-focused, organised, strong communicator with a practical problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safe vehicle/trailer movements to support production and transport on site.
• Supervise the shunting team, manage priorities, and maintain accurate yard paperwork/records and handovers.
• 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (site-based role).
