Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Team Leader - Yard/Shunter in Bilsthorpe. This permanent, day-shift role oversees a small yard team, coordinating vehicle movements to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

The position offers a 4 on 4 off days pattern with 15.58 p/h, holiday, pension and company benefits. You will coordinate trailer movements, supervise the team and maintain yard records, working closely with production, transport and maintenance.

Are you a Shunting Team Leader looking for a stable day-shift role, leading a small team in a busy yard environment?

Do you have a practical, safety-first approach and the confidence to coordinate vehicle movements to keep production running smoothly?

On offer is a permanent position with a well-established successful business, working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern that gives you real routine and consistency. You'll be trusted to run the shunting operation and keep the site moving safely and efficiently.

This is a business where operations, dispatch and production have to work hand-in-hand, and your role is central to that. If you take pride in standards, communication and keeping things organised under pressure, you'll enjoy the responsibility this position gives you.

You'll coordinate trailer and vehicle movements across site, supervise the shunting team, complete checks and records, and work closely with production, transport, dispatch and maintenance to prevent delays.

The Role:

• Full clean UK driving licence essential
