About the Role

As a Site Technician in our Sheffield Showroom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our vehicles are in excellent condition and ready for collection. This role is based entirely on-site and does not involve warranty claims or interaction with Customers. Instead, you will focus on minor maintenance and final quality checks of vehicles on our sales forecourt.

What We're Looking For

1. A Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician Qualification (semi-skilled or qualified technicians welcome)
2. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct light mechanical checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
2. Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) for customer-ready vehicles.
3. Address minor repairs, such as brake pad replacements, head unit changes, and suspension adjustments.
4. Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical issues.
5. Ensure vehicles are clean and prepared for handover to customers.
6. Maintain accurate records of inspections and work carried out.
7. Enter the vehicle details to perform a used car quick search.
