Job summary

Ener-J Smart & Britwall in Luton is seeking a commercially minded Showroom Manager to turn the showroom into a strong trade sales channel. You will build relationships with local builders, shopfitters, electricians and interior professionals, and drive showroom profitability by opening trade accounts and presenting our products.

You will manage displays, coordinate customer visits and product demonstrations, and work with internal sales/marketing to grow local business.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded with strong sales drive.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with trade customers.
• Experience in B2B/trade sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with local builders, shopfitters, electricians and interior professionals.
• Contact local businesses and arrange showroom visits.
• Invite prospective customers to visit the showroom and demonstrate products.
• Build a database of trade customers and prospects and encourage trade accounts.
• Follow up showroom visits and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop repeat business from existing trade customers and identify project opportunities.
