Job summary

Plumbase Rhyll showroom is looking for a hands-on manager to lead the day-to-day operations, drive sales, and shape the business. You’ll own showroom performance, manage designers or sales staff, and build strong links with local installers to secure steady referrals.

The role emphasizes commercial performance, pricing strategy, and margin control, with autonomy to influence product ranges and relationships in a growing UK network.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom environments (bathrooms/kitchens) and a track record of driving sales.
• Strong sales ability with focus on conversion, margins and customer journey.
• Commercial mindset with confidence around pricing, suppliers and performance.
• Experience managing or influencing a team (optional but beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of the bathroom showroom.
• Develop showroom designers or sales team to drive results.
• Engage retail customers and trade professionals from enquiry to sale.
• Build relationships with local installers to generate referral business.
• Drive new business through local marketing and outreach.
• Influence pricing, product selection and supplier relationships to maximise margin.
• Maintain a high-quality showroom environment that inspires customers.
• Use sales data and performance insights to inform commercial decisions.
