About Us

Bath Granite & Marble has been crafting and installing high-quality stone products for over 25 years. From our modern factory premises in Frome, Somerset, we specialise in bespoke granite, marble, quartz, and sintered stone pieces for a wide range of applications including kitchen worktops, vanity units, wall cladding, and flooring tiles.

We are now excited to be expanding our brand into the South of England with the opening of a brand-new showroom in Lyndhurst.

The Role

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our new showroom team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support clients throughout their buying journey — offering expert advice, product knowledge, and a warm, engaging customer experience for both retail and commercial enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Providing informed and personalised advice to clients, helping them select the most suitable stone products for their design and project requirements.

Assisting with our new e-commerce platform by monitoring orders and arranging fulfillment.

Supporting customers with tile selections, offering product solutions from our extensive range.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships from initial enquiry to final sale, liaising with the Frome head office to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Hosting events with potential clients/key stakeholders which may include evenings/weekends

Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, close-knit team to provide both product and technical guidance.

Managing incoming calls and email enquiries, processing orders and payments, dispatching samples, following up sales leads, and providing aftercare support.

What We're Looking For

While prior experience in the stone or interiors industry is not essential, a background in retail or sales is beneficial. Full training will be provided to familiarise you with our product range.

Are motivated by customer satisfaction and confident in a sales environment.

Have a keen eye for colour and design, with a creative flair.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Are organised, efficient, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

Are computer literate and comfortable with basic numerical tasks.

Working Hours

Our showroom will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday, including evenings events (subject to change). We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Employees will have one weekday off each week. Part-time roles will be considered.
