Wren Kitchens in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales in a multi-million pound kitchen showroom. You will inspire the sales team, design inspirational kitchens, and lead by example to achieve targets and exceptional customer service.

The role offers a £28,000 base salary with an uncapped commission structure, aiming for an OTE of around £40k. Weekend work and occasional travel for training are expected as part of the role.

Formación

• Proven track record in big-ticket retail.
• Sales-driven with can-do attitude and hands-on approach.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire others to achieve KPIs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings.
• Happy to work weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every customer is approached, experiences design excellence, and is sold their dream kitchen.
• Identify additional opportunities to increase showroom sales.
• Assist the General Manager in recruiting and training incredible people who will support the showroom’s success.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
