The role combines hands-on selling with team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in big-ticket retail sales.
• Ability to coach, motivate and drive teams to meet KPIs.
• Experience leading showroom sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and ensure customers are engaged with design excellence.
• Identify opportunities to increase showroom revenue.
• Assist the General Manager in recruiting and training showroom staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
