You will inspire the sales team to achieve targets in a multi-million-pound kitchen showroom and create inspirational kitchen designs. The role offers a base salary and uncapped commission with a strong OTE, plus world-class training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in big-ticket retail environments.
• Strong sales leadership and coaching abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to mentor and drive KPI achievement.
• Willingness to travel for training or regional meetings.
