Job description

Join us as a Results-Driven Showroom Sales Manager to grow and deliver sales as part of a successful branch team.

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you understand that creating the perfect bathroom involves planning, trust, creativity, and bringing ideas to life. Your role will be to identify sales opportunities and inspire customers with ideal bathroom solutions. Building rapport quickly and establishing trusted relationships are key to exceeding customer expectations. You will promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy a fun, engaging workplace.

  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, fostering repeat and new business.
  • Manage the entire sales process, prioritizing customer needs to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
  • Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to enhance relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
  • Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
  • Strive to make your showroom the best, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but a positive attitude is more important.

You will have an innovative approach to growth opportunities, working collaboratively to drive results with integrity and honesty.
