Job summary

The Cotswold Company in Leeds is seeking a Showroom Senior Sales Advisor to join our new Redbrick showroom. You will deliver outstanding service, lead by example and help us elevate sales performance on the shop floor.

With previous retail experience, a passion for interiors, and strong communication skills, you’ll build lasting relationships with customers, exceed targets and ensure the showroom is smartly presented at all times while supporting colleagues and training new team members.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience (senior advisor or supervisory level preferred).
• Passion for interiors, furniture and design.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed individual sales targets and support showroom KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with customers through the sales journey from enquiry to purchase and follow-up.
• Use product knowledge to drive conversions and maximise opportunities.
• Support management in motivating colleagues on the shop floor.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist onboarding and coaching newer team members to build confidence and capability.
• Ensure the showroom is presented in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of current ranges and promotions.
• Assist with stock accuracy and showroom operations.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and care.
