Showroom Sales Executive – Guildford

Salary & Benefits: OTE £35,500 (£27,500 base + up to £8,000 annual commission)
Location: Guildford
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 09:30 – 17:30 (Sundays 10:00 – 16:00), 5 days per week on a rota, including weekends and spring/summer Bank Holidays

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with your Manager and team to consistently hit and exceed showroom sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through a premium buying journey.
• Showcase the stunning teak furniture and outdoor living collections to their full potential.
• Become a product expert – understanding the features, benefits, and advantages of every item.
• Contribute ideas in sales meetings and play an active role in developing initiatives to drive business growth.

• Proven success in premium or specialist retail sales.
• A natural salesperson who can engage clients, identify needs, present solutions, and close sales confidently.

• Full driving license and reliable transport essential.
