Job summary

B&Q Limited at Holywood Exchange, Belfast area, seeks a Showroom Advisor for a 15-hour-per-week, 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll ask questions, tailor options, and create inspirational designs using our software, guiding projects from concept to delivery both virtually and in person.

Great communicators who enjoy teamwork and targets will thrive, with weekend/evening/bank-holiday shifts. Competitive pay (£14.10/hr) and individual/team bonuses are offered along with a £3,000 top-performer

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to convert designs into sales and handle multiple projects.
• Comfortable using software to produce inspirational designs and plans.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs and bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects, supporting customers virtually and face to face from idea to delivery.
