Job summary

UK Plumbing Supplies (trading as UKPS) is seeking a Showroom Manager for Plumbase Plymouth. You will own the showroom, guide customers, and manage projects from enquiry to order, with the opportunity to influence product ranges and margins.

You will build relationships with local installers, drive new business, and lead a team to maximise showroom performance and profitability within a growing independent network.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom design, sales and customer journey.
• Proven ability to drive margins and conversion.
• Experience leading or influencing a team.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day performance of the bathroom showroom.
• Manage and develop showroom staff to drive results.
• Engage with retail customers and trade professionals from enquiry to sale.
• Build relationships with local installers for referral business.
• Drive new business via local marketing and outreach.
• Influence pricing, product selection and supplier relationships.
• Maintain a high-quality showroom environment that supports sales.
• Use sales data to make informed commercial decisions.
