Job summary

UK Plumbing Supplies Didcot is seeking a Showroom Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our bathroom showroom. You’ll design, sell and manage projects from enquiry through to order, with a direct link between showroom performance and your earnings through a profit share scheme.

You’ll build relationships with local installers, drive new business, optimise margins and shape product ranges. This role offers full autonomy within a growing independent network.

Qualifications

• Experience within a bathroom/showroom environment.
• Strong sales ability.
• Commercial mindset with pricing and supplier experience.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and trade professionals.
• Proactive approach to generating business.
• CAD experience is useful but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Didcot

Most showroom roles focus on design, customer service and keeping the space looking right. This one is built around ownership.

At UKPS Didcot, you’ll run the showroom as a business. You’ll have real ownership over how it performs and directly benefit from that performance through a profit share model that rewards commercial thinking, not just activity.

You’ll still be designing bathrooms, guiding customers and managing projects from enquiry through to order. But you’ll also be responsible for how the showroom grows. That means building relationships with local installers, driving new business, increasing average order values and making decisions that improve margin.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape the showroom, influence product ranges, control how you engage customers and build a local presence that keeps you front-of-mind for our clients.

We operate as part of the UK’s largest independent network of plumbing and heating merchants with over 310 sites nationwide. Each site runs with real autonomy, you’re not just following a script or waiting for instructions from head office. You’re making commercial decisions, influencing stock, working with suppliers and getting involved in anything that drives sales and margin.

We are open to varying levels of experience for this role. You could be a Showroom Manager looking for more or simply have some Bathroom product knowledge or design experience, looking for the opportunity to grow.
