Role Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and organised Showroom Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team at the London Experience Centre. You’ll play a key front-of-house role, ensuring everything runs smoothly and each guest receives a warm welcome.
This role includes supporting marketing coordination and design work alongside day-to-day showroom management. We’re looking for a candidate with a graphic design background who is ready to contribute to creative output—whether that’s designing presentation materials, managing visual assets, or assisting with campaign rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Hospitality
- Greet and host clients, partners, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the showroom—including lighting, audio, technology, and cleanliness
- Support daily operational needs such as setup, refreshments, and space readiness
- Assist in the coordination and hosting of events, demos, and client meetings
- Log and report maintenance or tech issues as needed
Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist with graphic design tasks—creating assets for collateral, presentations, social media, events, etc.
- Provide admin support to the wider Sales & Marketing team when required
What We’re Looking For
- A natural host with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly presentable, client-focused, and detail-oriented
- A background in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite proficiency expected)
- Proactive, dependable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Experience in a luxury, hospitality, showroom, or retail environment is a strong plus

Department: Sales & Marketing
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional evenings/events)
