Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it has developed its own collections based on workwear originals.

Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Assistant will support the department in achieving marketing goals. The role involves administrative responsibilities and providing consistent support across all marketing areas in the UK & Ireland.

Your Profile:
This is an entry-level marketing role, ideal for a marketing graduate or current student.
Essential skills include a basic understanding of marketing principles, excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, creativity, teamwork, planning, commercial awareness, numerical skills, and IT proficiency.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Keynote, project planning, and scheduling is required, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with online applications, social media platforms, and related tools is preferred.
High levels of self-organisation, communication, multitasking, and the ability to work independently are essential.
A keen interest and in-depth knowledge of fashion, trends, music, skate culture, art, and subcultures are desirable.
