Job summary

Your Recruitment Coach Limited is seeking a proactive Showroom Manager in Tunbridge Wells to lead a small sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, and showcase a flair for interiors. You will manage day-to-day showroom operations, provide design guidance, handle quotations and payments, and ensure a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a background in design/interiors.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and strong time management.
• Confident face-to-face communicator in showroom.
• Able to write clear, concise emails.
• Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive sales.
• Background in design/interiors/creative industry.
• High attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on and able to work in a busy showroom.
• Team player with willingness to help and meet people.
• Experience using initiative and anticipating future needs.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and small sales team.
• Welcome customers and build relationships.
• Advise on suitability, sizing and pricing with an interior design flair.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide after-sales service.
• Maintain showroom diary and online appointments.
• Update CRM with client information and daily activity.
• Ensure gold standard customer service across showroom operations.
